Working Principle

The working principle of crawler color sorter is to use photoelectric detection technology, through the belt transfer to the exit end, and then through the industrial camera acquisition card, the material will be sorted according to the color difference.
The material is put into the color sorting chamber, then the material is stirred by the roller to make the material enter the center of the color sorting chamber.
The material moves on the track and passes through the light source in the color sorting is, the different colors of the material reflect different spectra.
The detector detects the spectra of the materials, and according to the detection results, through the control system, the materials of the same color are put into different outlets, so as to realize the accurate sorting of the materials.
In addition, the crawler color sorter also has the function of sorting, because the crawler color sorter relies on the transmission of the belt to send the product to the sorting area, in this process, the product is relatively static.
