Cleaning the glass of the sorting chamber (1) Wipe the outside and inside glass of the sorting chamber with a clean, soft cloth moistened with alcohol. (2) Alternatively, a soft cloth moistened with alcohol can be placed between the dusting brush and the glass, and the dusting program can be run to achieve better cleaning results. Cleaning the channel (1) When installing the color sorter, please do not remove the protective wooden board to avoid welding slag and paint damage to the channel. (2) Use a clean soft cloth to wipe the channel (3) Do not use sharp objects to wipe or touch the channel, so as not to scratch the channel and cause material skipping.

Clean and ash cylinder guide (1) Use a clean soft cloth to wipe the cylinder guide. (2) Clean the dust on both sides of the cylinder slider with an air gun every time after work. CLEANING THE BACKGROUND PLATE (1) Open the sorting chamber box and carefully wipe the background plate using a clean soft cloth moistened with alcohol. Dusting Brush Replacement (1) Pull the limiting plates on both sides of the dusting brush upward, pinch the adjusting frame and rotate it in the direction of backing away from the glass to remove the dusting brush downward. AIR FILTER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT (1) Unscrew the four screws on the upper side of the filter. (2)Open the upper cover of the filter, you can take out the filter element for cleaning or replacement, please pay attention to the direction of filter element installation for cleaning and replacement.

Fault cause: air pressure is too low

Solution: Check whether the working air pressure of the color sorter is normal, and check whether the air pressure pipeline switch is open.

Failure causes: poor contact between the plug of the valve and the spray valve seat, the spool disconnected, the control circuit is disconnected.

Solution: There are several reasons for the non-action of the spray valve, customers can be based on the following steps step by step troubleshooting, first of all, check the connection of the spray valve circuit to the spray valve, whether there is a connector off the situation exists, if so, please disconnect the machine power supply, reconnect the machine and then turn on the power to check to rule out the possibility of failure due to poor contact between the valve's connector and the base of the spray valve. In the case of the above connection is normal, it is necessary to detect the failure of the spray valve drive circuit (including circuit board fuse blown), when checking on their own must strictly comply with the safety of the operation, you can also contact the company's after-sales service department to send professionals to deal with the damage of the spray valve or drive circuit.

Fault cause: There are foreign objects or damage inside the valve, the temperature is lower than 5 ° C, there is water vapor inside the valve.

Solution: The normal operation of the spray valve on the flow of gas has certain requirements, if the gas contains moisture or other impurities is too much will cause the spray valve leakage. Spray valve leakage when the color selection will cause the color selection effect will be reduced, while affecting the stability of the gas circuit.
